जयप्रकाश पनबिजली परियोजना का UNFCCC में पंजीकरण

जयप्रकाश पॉवर वेंचर लिमिटेड (जेपीवीएल) ने गुरुवार को कहा कि हिमाचल प्रदेश में उसकी 1000 मेगावाट की पनबिजली परियोजना को 'यूनाईटेड नेशंस फ्रेमवर्क कनवेंशन ऑन क्लाइमेट चेंज' (यूएनएफसीसीसी) ने क्लीन डेवलपमेंट मिकैनिज्म (सीडीएम) के लाभ के लिए पंजीकरण कर लिया है.

जयप्रकाश पॉवर वेंचर लिमिटेड (जेपीवीएल) ने गुरुवार को कहा कि हिमाचल प्रदेश में उसकी 1000 मेगावाट की पनबिजली परियोजना को 'यूनाईटेड नेशंस फ्रेमवर्क कनवेंशन ऑन क्लाइमेट चेंज' (यूएनएफसीसीसी) ने क्लीन डेवलपमेंट मिकैनिज्म (सीडीएम) के लाभ के लिए पंजीकरण कर लिया है. करचम वांगटू पनबिजली परियोजना सतलुज नदी पर स्थित है. इस पर 6,900 करोड़ रुपये का खर्च आया है.

कम्पनी के मुताबिक इस परियोजना से हर साल 35.4 लाख कार्बन डाईऑक्साइड कटौती हासिल होगी. कम्पनी ने एक बयान में कहा कि मौजूदा दर के हिसाब से परियोजना को सलाना 80 करोड़ रुपये से 100 करोड़ रुपये मूल्य का कार्बन क्रेडिट हासिल होगा, जिसकी अवधि 15 अक्टूबर 2011 से 14 अक्टूबर 2021 तक होगी.

BSE नया Add-on Price Band Framework लेकर आई है. मिड और स्मॉल कैप शेयरों में भारी उतार-चढ़ाव पर नियत्रंण के लिए बीएसई यह नया नियम 23 August से लागू करेगी. यह नई निगरानी प्रणाली (surveillance measure) 1000 करोड़ रुपये से कम मार्केट कैप वाले कुछ स्टॉक्स के लिए शुरू की गई है. Add-on Price Band Framework उन कंपनियों पर लागू होगा जिनकी मार्केट कैप 1000 करोड़ रुपये से कम है और जो X, XT, Z, ZP, ZY, Y ग्रुप में आती है. बीएसई ने अपने सर्कुलर में यह जानकारी दी है.

एक्सचेंज ने इस फ्रेमवर्क के दायरे में आनेवाले 31 स्टॉक की एक प्रारंभिक सूची जारी की है. इन स्टॉक्स पर 23 अगस्त से नए नियम लागू होंगे. इन कंपनी में Ashiana Agro Industries Ltd, Cosmo Ferrites Ltd,Garware Synthetics Ltd, Saraswati Commercial India Ltd. के नाम शामिल है.

बीएसई के आज आए सर्कुलर के मुताबिक इस फ्रेमवर्क में वही स्मॉलकैप कंपनियां शामिल होंगी जिनकी मार्केट कैप 1000 करोड़ रुपये से कम होगी और रिव्यू डेट के दिन जिनके शेयरों के दाम 10 रुपये से ऊपर होंगे.

बीएसई के सर्कुलर के मुताबिक शॉर्टलिस्ट शेयरों पर वीकली, मंथली, क्वाटरली प्राइस लिमिट लागू किया जायेगा. वहीं डेली प्राइस बैंड के अलावा अतिरिक्त प्राइस लिमिट लागू किये जायेंगे. वहीं शॉर्टलिस्ट शेयरों का रिव्यू 30 कारोबारी दिन होगा. बीएसई ने कहा है कि 23 अगस्त से Add-on Price Band Framework नियम लागू होंगे.

PRICE LIMIT के मसले पर BSE की ओर से आई सफाई में कहा गया है कि ये नियम सिर्फ BSE पर ही लिस्टेड शेयरों पर लागू होंगे. एक्सचेंज की सफाई के बाद मिडकैप, स्मॉलकैप शेयरों में निचले स्तरों से रिकवरी देखने को मिली है.
