दरअसल शेयर बाजार के रेग्लुयेटर सेबी ( Securities Exchange Board Of India) ने सभी डिमैट और ट्रेडिंग अकाउंट धारकों के केवाईसी को जरुरी कर दिया है. सेबी के नए नियम के मुताबिक 31 दिसंबर 2021 से पहले अगर किसी डिमैट अकाउंट होल्डर ने 6 केवाईसी डिटेल्स उपलब्ध नहीं कराया है जिसमें नाम, पता, पैन नंबर, मोबाइल नंबर, ईमेल आईडी और इनकम रेंज घोषित नहीं करता है तो ऐसे अकाउंट Non Compliant इनएक्टिव करार दिये जायेंगे. आपको बता दें सभी डिमैट अकाउंट कोलने वाले डिपॉजिटरीज अपने खाताधारकों को अपने सलाना इनकम का रेंज का भी खुलासा करने को कर रहे हैं. ऐसा नहीं करने पर डिमैट अकाउंट होल्डर्स के अकाउंट को इनएक्टिव करार कर दिया जाएगा.
